I actually have a lot of them. I will post some later tonight or tomorrow when I have a chance to go through my camera roll a bit. Stay tuned.

John, I confirmed with Prismatic that they do not have an exact match for BMW's frozen gold bronze. So I think I'll have to drive down at some point so we can compare the various options in person.

I will send you some videos of a few of the options tonight. I was away for the holiday but back now. Look for my email later this evening with some videos of the relevant finishes. Hopefully it will help clarify the options a bit. Thanks!

Also, John do you have an opinion on the optimal wheel specs for the G80? 20in square vs 19/20 staggered? increased offset or wider wheels?

Wanted to put this here as well...

Introducing: Vera – The Newest Member of the BSPK Roundel Collection

Hey everyone,

I'm thrilled to finally share something that's been in the works for a long time: **Vera** — a wheel I've had countless requests for over the years, and one I’m genuinely proud to bring to life.

Vera joins the BSPK Roundel Collection, which is my OEM+ design family for BMWs. If you recognize the shape, you're not wrong — it's our interpretation of the BMW 963M/1063M wheel. But it’s more than just a visual homage. Vera is lighter, stronger, and more concave — and it’s made in proper, spacer-free fitments.

---

Why This Took So Long:

Truthfully, this design is a nightmare to manufacture correctly. I've seen other aftermarket attempts — they usually come out soft, bubbly, or with proportions that just feel... off.

To get this right, I had to:
  • Use special proprietary blanks that allow for the depth and strength I demand before I’ll put my name on something.
  • Design a custom CNC tool in-house to make the finer production details possible.
This was the critical breakthrough in bringing Vera to life — a great example of how we approach continuous improvement and push the envelope with every design. That mindset is really what sets BSPK apart, IMHO.
  • Test it to the same strength and durability standards I apply to every BSPK design — no compromises.

These steps do add to the cost slightly versus other BSPK monoblocks, but for those who’ve been hunting for a proper version of this wheel — this is it.

---

---

If you've been wanting this look, but with proper fitment, better performance, lighter weight, and a more aggressive profile — Vera delivers.

As always, happy to answer any questions.

It depends on your setup and how you use the car admittedly. I have had almost every possible configuration on my personal G80. Shoot me a DM and we can discuss what makes the most sense for your build.

(I do think there are ideal offsets, though - diameters and widths are case by case IMHO).

Hi John, what are the offsets for flush fitment?
Interested in 20x10 and 20x11. Thanks.

I don't necessarily have a one size fits all solution. I think there's a meaningful difference between what someone wants flush to be at stock height and what someone wants if they're lowered.

Having owned the car for a few years plus having many local friends who own the car with different suspension setups has caused me to have a somewhat nuanced view on G8x fitments. For example, I tend to do slightly different fitments for G80 vs. G82.

Send me a DM with a bit about your setup. Happy to walk through the options.

Thanks!

Someone asked for this in the G87 thread, and I’ve had a few requests for more mounted pics — so figured I’d drop it here as well. Still on my to-do list to get more shots up, by the way. You guys have been keeping me busy with questions over email and PMs — appreciate the interest and please don't hesitate to reach out directly with any questions. Thanks!

Vera is taking shape.

I wanted to share this — even though I’ve never seen a wheel company post photos of a product in this raw state — because I genuinely love how it looks.

I’ve finalized the brush treatment for this set, meaning every surface has been thoughtfully mapped for how it will be brushed. It’s one of those details most people don’t think about — but when done poorly, it ruins the aesthetic. Nothing bothers me more than errant or mismatched brush work, and I see it in competing products constantly.

This set (brushed aluminum gloss) and a second one right behind it (brushed titanium gloss) were both pre-announcement orders. I had mentioned them to a few folks before posting here, for anyone curious.

I know most companies don’t show work-in-progress stages like this — raw brushed aluminum can look a little aggressive before clear is applied — but I like showing the sausage-making. And frankly, I’m always happy to demonstrate quality level and attention to detail that goes into every BSPK wheel.

I challenge anyone to find a higher-quality forged wheel anywhere near my price point. I genuinely believe BSPK compares favorably to wheels that cost 1.5–2x as much.

Can’t wait to see these first production sets finished.

Another white gold Anika – this color has turned out to be pretty popular. There are a few more sets coming down the pipeline in this finish.

Note that the cap and M sticker are just for mock up
