Thumbs down Disgusting Vishnu Tuning Customer Service

I feel i have given Vishnu Tuning (PRocede) more than enough time to sort out my problems before i posted online but i think it is time i did and hopefully this will make them act on the problems and sort out this customer service or lack thereof.

I ordered my N55 procede over 6 months ago paying over $950 for it. It then took almost 2 months to ship due to stocking problems in which i had to keep emailing them to try get mine shipped and only managed to get my procede shipped after a phone call to them.

I then received the wrong harness as i need a RHD harness i then had to wait another 3 weeks for a replacement harness. Finally i received everything, and then apon install a week later i installed and the procede would not tune.

I sent multiple logs to Shiv himself and their technical email. And did not even get a reply!. After a week of waiting i called and complained about my problem only to be told they will send me a replacement unit!

i heard nothing about the results of my logs or anything to this day. It has now been 2 weeks since i was told i would get a new unit shipped and have not heard from them and i sent yet another email yesterday to either get refund or have my unit shipped immediately!


This is the most expensive part on my car and it has not worked for 6 months!!! Am i being unfair at posting this? I personally dont think so!.



I feel i need to move to the competitors product if this is not resolved as this is ridiculous!

Sorry to hear about your troubles. Give them another chance by calling them. Hope everything works out for you and you get to enjoy your car again.
