Rockbox iPod supported?

Does anyone know if the stock head unit will work with an iPod that has Rockbox installed? I just upgraded my old 2G mini with a 32GB CF card and am wondering if it will work so I can play my large library of flac files without the need for re-encoding.

im pretty sure not a lot of people wont have a clue as to what you are talking about but it will work with aux, not sure about usb though.

They wont play through the USB but def through the aux. With the Y cable you can play through aux and control through the radio. That's your best bet.
