Riss Racing .... again
So I was offered free shipping for an OCC (this was many months ago)
I bit on the offer and that's as good as it got 3 days after order: I called up and they claimed the OCC was sent out 2 weeks after order: They claimed it was never sent out, but would be sent out within the next couple days (they were waiting for brackets of some sort) over 1 month later: I finally received the OCC. I was in no real hurry, so I never made a deal about it...until now because: I went to install it monday, lo-and-behold they didn't send me the bracket with it. Called and they said they would overnight it, took my address etc (all without a "sorry") Well it's Thursday now and I'm still waiting on this "over-nighted" part It was James that told me they would give me the discount if I left them positive feedback. No way, I can't leave feedback bad enough at this point.

riss racing has been known to have shitty products that dont fit and shitty customer service. while their stuff has put down some good numbers and they were revered in the beginning, now that people have experienced their products, no one seems to buy them anymore. sorry you had to be the latest victim of riss racing
i wouldnt be surprised if your OCC is a big POS once it is installed...

Well lets be correct here...their DP's are great and the majority of their exhausts have been well received due to the great price for a DP back application (although there is some slight modification needed for their hangers)

You are not alone, they sent me the OCC without the bracket and I have to zip-tie the OCC. Finally, they sent it to me after I bugged them for 3 weeks. Otherwise, the OCC itself is good for me, although I heard people complained about the leaking but mine is OK.
