Details on Battery Warranty?

Anyone happen to know the specifics for the 8 year warranty on the i7 battery? Is there anything around longevity or is it specifically defects?

I just picked up a used 2023 xDrive 60 from a local dealer with 6k miles and, if car scanner pro is to be believed, the SOH on the battery is 74%. (yeah, I should have checked it before buying).

My Taycan after 3 years was still at 90% SOH because I was pretty good about keeping it between 20 and 80% but I wasn't expecting it to be as low as 74%. If that's accurate, the previous owner must have really been rough on it.

I'm inclined to believe it's a car scanner pro problem. The display is showing ~2.7 mi/kwh over the last 250 miles and 90 mi range at 33%. That works out to ~270mi at 100 which is around 100kwh at 2.7 mi/kwh which is roughly the expected usable battery size.
