No mobile data reception at current location error.

Has anyone have this happened to their iDrive? I brought the car in due to driver assistance plus stop working They update the software and now we cannot log into the BMW ID so now more stuff is not working… The service is basically clueless of what to do which is crazy… Thank you! |

Yes! I had the same exact experience and it turned out that the Telematics rechargeable Battery needed replacement. Issue was Solved! |

I just brought the vehicle in today. Will update when I hear back. Hopefully a quick fix… only 2 months with it and it’s $150k plus car 😩 |

My car has for the last 48 hours had no contact with bmw cloud. I can’t control it from the app and I can’t check for updates within the car. It’s an i7 in Sweden

They just replaced my telematics module today and will let me know again tomorrow.
Miss the car so much. They gave me barebone X3 loaner 😢 Seems like quite a few ppl is having this issue from other posts… Maybe recall is coming up? 🤷🏻‍♂️ |
