B&W base Speaker layout locations

Does anyone have a visual layout of all 18 speaker locations?

I was curious about this so did some searching including RealOEM, which usually has pretty good parts diagrams, and came up emptyhanded. In fact they list no parts at all for G70s. Nor does FCP or Pelican. For my G12 there were multiple BMW Technical Training documents posted on the forum. So far, none for G70. Maybe somebody reading this who has access can post pdfs.

Edit: I contacted the member who posted the TSDs for other models, who told me BMW no longer publishes them. I presume that means not for the public as they'd have to have something for their technicians.

Nice! I feel better now, I did a deep dive and came up with a similar outcome. The attached photo is all I found that was kind of helpful.

I went base too. Hope don’t regret it. I’m old now, how many speakers do I need for my chill music and podcasts…. I hoped BMW wouldn’t put junk in given it’s their flagship.

I have had both as my first G70 was totaled and was base and the replacement has the Diamond upgrade. I took what I could get on the replacement. The base system is very good -- but the upgrade is very noticeably better. Better bass and better dynamic range. Is it worth it? For me yes. It does indeed sound better to my tin ear (and my wife's). Would I reject a car that didn't have it? No. The base G70 system is really quite good.

Essentially i7 and 7 series ICE have identical speakers except for the bass speaker. In the ICE version there are 2 under seat bass speakers. In the BEV version there is one bass speaker in the left rear (edit; of the trunk). Everything else is identical. BEV has 1 less total speaker.
