no dazzle headlights

Now that these headlights are technically approved for the US (since last feb), does anyone know if BMW plans on enabling them?

Alternatively, if someone can figure out how to enable them via esys, that would work as well.

I turned them back on in my last X7, and found them to be very helpful and effective.

Someone mentioned on a different forum (I think was the x7 lci), that they vo coded out 5AP, and then when the dealer did a regular update, it recoded with the full headlights.

In theory this makes some sense, since when the system rebuilds the code, it does so off the vo list.
