CAN YOU GET REAR WHEEL STEERING ON 740i us model

I was wondering can you get rear wheel steering on the 740 I in the US also without getting heavy into the rear seat meaning theater or super reclining rear seats, how would you build your 740?

Option 2VH at $1150 is listed on the on the pdf of the ordering guide I have -- but that goes back to May. The on-line build your own does not include all the options that are available. I wanted massage seats for my 760, for example, and that option is absent from the on line configurator. So check with your Salesperson (assuming they are decent enough to know how to order).

Yes. The online configurator is a bit inaccurate. It's on the most recent PDF ordering sheet and I confirmed it with my dealer.

Yes, it does. The online configurator is missing a ton of options for the 740i/760i that are actually available, I have confirmed with a dealer. The pricing guide for 2023 is accurate and unchanged, the online configurator is wrong. The option code is 2VH.

They really need to clean-up and fix the online configurator. If I was buying a 760i, I'd want to know that you can get the Autobahn package and the Rear Lounge Package, both of which are available but not in the online configurator.

Your DOG is dated in May. Is there an updated one?

EOP for Integral Active Steering on the 740i was October 2022. And the Autobahn Package on the 760 EOP was August.

And your dealer is misinformed

Thanks! I informed them and asked them to send me the updated one for i7, hopefully I don't lose anything I wanted to order since we had decided on that anyway.

Is anyone else shocked about the Autobahn Package being EOP'd? They lose a huge competitive advantage with Mercedes Benz because you can get similar technology for $6K on the S500/S580. If I had decided to order a 760i instead of the i7, I would have gotten the Autobahn package. It really makes the ride a delight. I hope they bring it back when the supply chain & chip shortage settles down.

calbears thanks of the information. Does this mean that the Autobahn package is unlikely to be offered again in the US over the production life of the 760i?
