There is a choice for where you want to put the AR. It is either on the Instrument Cluster or the Control Panel. For the Control Panel you have to change it in Navigation Settings only, and for the Instrument Cluster, you have to change it in the Instrument cluster as well (last 2 pictures).

Garage List
Beautiful!

I find the AR to be very distracting in either place.

I do get that.

You can also put it in the head-up display which is a simulated road, not the actual picture, and it will show you with the same arrows exactly where the turn is. That would probably be less distracting. It is a setting in the same area of the instrument cluster.

Awesome pics. The two tone is beautiful.

I have AR on all the time in my instrument cluster. I’m used to it now with assisted driving view in the heads up.

A truly gorgeous beast. What a magnificent car. I so love the two tone and am doing my best to justify the cost.

That’s a fantastic color combination. And that’s saying something considering I have always followed the Henry Ford school of color options and only purchased black exterior BMWs. Well done!
