BMW M Performance Rear Spoiler in Carbon Fiber not for the M4?

I saw the BMW M Performance Rear Spoiler in Carbon Fiber installed on an M4 at a local dealer showroom, however the shopbmw site says it's only for the M3. Is that true? Is it functional? I'll be tracking the car, and I want some useful aero, but I also want to keep it OEM.

Also, anyone actually have one on their M4 and have photos? Sometimes I like the look, sometimes I don't.

Not many photos on google either.

I was thinking about the wing as well for some added aero at the track, however from certain angles I don't really like it, so I'm skipping it for now.

The hardware is different between the G80 M3 and G82 M4 so when buying the wing on its own, keep that in mind as it is sold separately. We stock both.

I am fighting myself from ordering this for my G80. I am starting to like it. It could also be my inner jdm/Type-R voices talking to me.

I really like the look of the wing but just not feeling it on the G80s. It goes so much better with the G82 body style/lines.

How "reversible" is it? Can a body shop full and paint the deck easy enough or will drilling require a new deck?

Someone installed the wing using only betalink adhesive on an F80.

Lip spoilers I can see that, but a full on wing? I do plan on tracking this car, so it would have to withstand triple digit speeds for long periods of time over and over.

Yes. I agree for the most part. Then I see this picture of the wing and it looks good.

I think in part it's because of the frozen black color. Don't see as many of the body lines so it kind of meshes with the car a bit more.
