Can someone recommend me a tire for NYC winter that will fit on an 11" wheel?

I want to put these on my track wheels and there's no winter tire that'll work on my 18X11. So, I've decided that All-Season is the best bet here as I do not want to use my 763Ms for the winter. I know it's a sacrifice but I've never had issues with AS before.

Would need equivalent diameters for:

265/35 R19 and 285/30 R20

Going on 18X10 and 18X11 wheels.
