Go 19s as I'm not sure if 18s ARC-8 will clear our brakes. 9.5" ET22 front and 10" ET25 is a conservative look. 10.5" ET22 rear is way too aggressive, it'll look ok if lowered with camber.

Just run OEM tire size.

The 18" ARC-8's would not clear the OEM brakes (both ceramic and non-ceramic) on the new M3/M4 unfortunately. The 19" options can work, but if you are looking for an 18" solution, the EC-7's are our only offering that would clear the brakes. The 18x10" ET25 EC-7's with 275/35/18 street tires fit all around, though the rear is still a bit more aggressive than we would like. If you track the car on any course that greatly compresses the rear suspension, we're afraid it would make contact on the rear with the 18x10" ET25 wheels. An example of a turn that we'd be weary of is the corkscrew at Laguna Seca. However, there are F8X M3/M4 owners out there using this exact setup with no problem, since most road courses do not see that extreme of an elevation change to compress the suspension at that level. If you are looking for a better fit on the rear, the 18x10" ET33 would be ideal, and can support up to a 295/30/18 sized tire.

Love a wheel maker that actually talks about performance and not just stance.

Thanks David@ApexRaceParts for confirming the brake fitment of the ARC-8. As for EC-7 square, 18x10" ET33 with 10mm spacers in front/no spacers rear are perfect. You guys keep running out of that size.

Will we ever be able to see 18x10 ARC-8 on the F80 platform?
AND
Will those fit with StopTech ST60 380mm?

I apologize for the late response. The 18" ARC-8 design simply does not have the barrel clearance for your OEM steel brakes, so they are unfortunately not an option for this platform.

Our EC-7's have massive brake clearance and will have no problem clearing the ST60 380mm kit

Will we ever see a proper rear fitment on a 10.5 rear? Specifically somewhere near a 30 offset?

I am assuming we are talking about our EC-7 design? For those looking to run staggered fitments, we just released our 18x11 et44 application specifically made for the F8X M3/M4 chassis. We have some pretty extensive info here:
