Nice, so @TallTomCruise, there you go. It's the Anti Dazzle Programming of the Euro Spec headlights. I confirmed this, today, that both angel eyes on the lasers turn off, and only the outside one turns amber and blinks, while the inner one stays off. This has to be some NHTSA board law, somehow, someway.

Compared to driving in many other places in the world though, the traffic sign redundancies in many parts of the US are welcome. I'd rather they do what they do with regards to our signs than some of the garbled or vague messes I've seen, particularly in older cities or 3rd World Countries.
