Yeah, that doesn't look normal. Take it to the dealer and have them diagnose it.

That's has to be one of the worst condensation I have seen in a BMW headlight. Definitely get that checked out. With the head lamps running, it should go away. Maybe time how long it takes for it to dissipate.

Some very minor condensation is normal but this is abnormal as compared to the images in the SIB regarding light condensation. Especially the fact that you can see water running down inside the light.

These headlights are not sealed units and condensation is normal. Every new car I've picked up over the last decade has had some form of initial moisture in the housing. These cars often sit for so long that the water builds up. After some of the heat and airflow from normal use, it usually goes away.

That being said, this is severe enough that I would at least let your service advisor know about so it's noted on the record. If it doesn't improve within a matter of a week or two, I'd take it in.

Horrendous! I would take the car to the dealership along with the pictures.

That headlight condensation is worth taking to the dealership. You may also want them to take a look at your M Performance front lip. It seems to have popped out of place and is not flush with the bumper edges.

Went to the dealer and the tech said it appears that during my front bumper replacement after my accident they suspect the body shop might have cracked the headlight which resulted in this so they’re going to go through the body shop. On the bright side I also knocked out my oil change which was due in 350 miles

The body shop really sucks then if, on top of this, they had anything to do with the front splitter being misaligned against the bumper. You may want to have them address that in the same go.

My friend helped me install it so it was a DIY. We tried to get it to sit flush like the other side with more double sided tape but it didn’t work. No guide on how to install it the install and we did it without removing the bumper it was a pain in the ass to do. It doesn’t bother me so it’s fine. Also it’s not the official m performance lip it’s one I got for a fraction of the price off EBay so that’s also why it’s probably not flush on both sides.
