New look for the rear

Not sure if many people have done this and from what I've seen not many have….but IMO this look makes the rear way more aggressive and I love it…..and when my DRL come in it's gonna complete that aggressive sinister look I do keep thinking how much better this all will look with a stealth ppf so that might be coming soon……lmk what you guys think

It looks 👍 but I feel the manufacturer could have smoothed out the transition from the side taillight to the aftermarket piece. This would help make it look more oem

I dig it. Guessing it’s just the inboard housings that are replaced? If so, the lighting matches the OEM housings perfectly.

So now that youve had them installed for a week, how are you liking them? Is the brightness the same as the factory ones? Is the fitment good?

Is there a picture in good lighting but face-on at the rear? Like the first picture, except in bright sunlight?

First impression without reading any text was, "interesting G82 but why do the proportions look all off?". Second pic looks good.

So i just got a set installed on my car today.

Install was super easy.

1. Trunk liner off
2. take off side trims for the lights
3. unplug wires
4. loosen two bolts on the oem tails
5. remove oem lights and install new ones and reverse order of the above

The very first pic under the garage light for some reason looks darker in the photo than the oem side ones but with my own eyes, they looked the same.

The fitment is about 90%. All the seams and the lines are great on the trunk itself and it lines up perfectly with the oem lights on the side. The only fitment issue is how the aftermarket light sticks out a little bit further than the oem side lights as shown in the pictures.

There are some dust particles under the lens when you get up real close and look, as well as the glue line is a little bit messy.
Other than that, so far so good.

One thing I've recently noticed; the inner ebay tails blink amber whereas the factory outer tails blink red lol

That's because you have a G82. G80 Taillights don't look like that. They look like this:

I feel that the OEM M3 lights are well designed and I wouldn't change them to make it look more like an M4. The flatter M3 tails seem to make the car look even wider and more aggressive, and I feel that these take away from that. Just my opinion of course!

Having seen the release today, anyone have any second thoughts now about having missed the boat on 24’ or that you ordered 24’ while you should have waited and ordered 25’ instead ?

I ordered 24’ and I just wanted the angel eyes. But a part of me wants the new steering wheel 😜
