I think in order to make it work, it will have to be a whole facia redesign. Making the slight changes here and there to make the big grill work, it doesn't.

FYI I like the OEM too. However, I consider the grill another modifiable option for the owner. It would be great to see what vendors design. instead of creating a new bumper altogether. This way, we can mix and match front splitters, etc.

Well…… that front-end look is beyond help. Will need a complete front-end redesign. Hood, front bumper included.

At first I absolutely hated the new grill and was baffled how BMW design team let the design go forward. But sure enough, I've come to absolutely love the new design. The previous generation already feels outdated to the current M3. Numbers also don't lie, these cars are flying off the lots and the demand is crazy. Clearly, majority of BMW enthusiasts are approving and loving the radical new change.

On the side note, my uncle joked how the new grill reminds him of the Hitler mustache. I can't unsee it now.

Kinda funny story. I've always been critical of the grill in the past, I've gotten more used to it and even ordered an M4, but I still don't entirely love love the grill. I was telling a buddy about my incoming M4. He's a bit younger than me and into the trends and stuff, wears hip clothing, a shoe head, stylish etc... the opposite of me. He loves the big grill. Absolutely loves it. BMW is doing something right even if it is a little much for someone like me.
