Why did they have to wipe out my settings, forcing me to code the car again? Annoying.
BTW it wouldn't update for me until I selected update and then locked the car. First try was in the garage, unlocked, no joy. Second time in the work parking lot, locked. Car was hot both times. |

Weird, I've done this before but it was simpler. Now the update says downloading and nothing happens...for hours. Ive done a reboot etc. Maybe their server is down.

Remote start and M buttons need to be updated. My M2 was in S2 not D3 where I had it. Remote start had to be checked. Dealer installed and current s/w version is 2021-11 as of yesterday, not 2021-7 which is the 'big' update. Did not have M2 set up on way home--not in Sports +, so didn't notice any sound difference. Will see today. Didn't see any other changes to my settings. 2 hours at Dealer. He told me it would take longer than diy, but I had no choice. Car did have to cool off before they started, btw.

Has anyone else run into issues after updating?
My passenger side headlight now constantly flickers. I can't tell if it's the laser itself but when the headlights are on there is a very obvious flicker. And when the headlights are switched off, while the "halo's" are on, there is still a pretty noticeable flicker |

I got the update yesterday. Don’t notice any issues other than had to set M1/M2 buttons again. Just FYI, I don’t use remote start and I don’t have laser lights.
On a side note, the update process was extremely easy with my iPhone and went smooth, but just takes forever… like 1.5 hours. |

You have it. OTA is July. Dealerships are installing the November version. November for OTA isn't out yet.

Based on everyone chiming in, it appears that OTA is only available for cars with a prior major release, not an older point release.

You have the most current OTA update already. Stop checking for a few months until Nov is out, or if you need to bring it to the dealership, they can install the Nov version.
