Vaguest of memories, but I do remember an M2 behind me recently in the morning. Because my mind's probably wiped with work stuff, I can now only guess it was orange or white (either may also be a false memory).

What I remember as being "different" was it didn't tailgate me, but kept pace just right with some extended gaps. I think I did "my own thing" once on 520 and I don't think it followed.

If that was you, I'm sorry if I didn't wave back - didn't see it. I only maintain an awareness of the cars around me, and usually only "see" people in the cars if they are in opposing traffic and wave. Or the most effective is when they roll down their window and flash a thumbs up (maybe with a rev of their own) as they go by in a different lane. Feel free to tap your horn next time. My own attempts at waving at 3 G8X owners - face-to-face with a light flash and a wave got a wave back, wave in other circumstances got a blank, whats-going-on look back.

M4 for me… the lower roof line, more angle front windshield and longer tails jusf make it look so aggressive.
Not to mention the lower seating position.

Enzian looks so amazing. I’m torn between Enzian and Santorini when I eventually pull the trigger.

I may have to attend some SoCal meets of the next few months in search of being able to see one or both in person.

Probably end up just going with which ever one gets approved by BMW when the time comes to order.
