Just got word from Gebhardt in Boulder that they have an allocation for my M4 Comp xDrive. My CA is out today but emailed on his day off to let me know, which is a pretty nice touch.
Posted my build earlier in this thread, but I am likely going to go with the individual color Chalk instead of Dravit. I'll keep folks in this thread posted as I move through the build process. |

Hey guys. I've been checking this thread to see how the buying process has gone for y'all. I'm getting the run around at Schomp, and wanted to ask if anyone could recommend a CA at BMW Downtown Denver or Gebhardt? Appreciate the help!

Let me know if you need an intro, he's a solid straight shooter and I'm in good with the Sales Manager Seisho Limbacher too there. Last edited by forza1976; 01-19-2022 at 08:26 AM.. |

I second Seisho, he is great and I also can make an introduction if you are looking for a referral.

well my buying process was easy enough from gebhardt, got MRSP and 0.9% financing.. but i haven't had my car since jan 3rd (picked up dec 30th). I used Beto from sales. Though I know they have like 4-5 at least on the m3 allocation list. Not sure about m4s
no f'ing resolution in sight. still waiting on BMW germany.. service tried re-pinning the harness, no luck.. seems like the car is mis-wired from the factory.. BMW germany sending out an engineer to gebhardt is not out of the question at this point. see https://g80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1890700 |

One note that I heard from late last week. There are ~16 people on the G8x list at Denver. A few have production numbers and the others are waiting. Might be a little bit of a wait.

I received my allocation and production number from Gebhardt today for a G80 xDrive in Toronto Red over Silverstone. I placed my order with them on 10/28 and was second on the waitlist.

I ordered from Schomp last week. They told me 5k over, I told them I will not go a dime over MSRP. They agreed and have allocations, mine is in with Week 11. I am very pleased with Schomp so far, and I live about 5 miles from them, so glad they played ball.

Seems like they may have softened up a bit.
They flat out said it was non-negotiable when I talked to them in September.

Got mine at Winslow from Charles. Great guy and very patient. This, I say, because I've been kicking the tires of BMWs since 2018, when I was in the market for an M4/M3, but found out they did not come with AWD.
Got mine at MSRP, but with a few upgrades that I did not care much about and cost around $6K. The reason I jumped on the deal was because I knew I was saving at least $30K for not buying option #1 which was a brand new GT-R. And with the M4, I was getting an upgraded interior, more civilized trany, and a very capable engine (not to mention AWD). Also, I just installed the PSI mid-pipe myself. Took me about 2hrs. But if anyone is thinking about doing this and has questions, let me know. Sound is definitely louder than stock, but not HOA-eviction louder, IMO. Sound difference seems to be more predominant in low and high RPMs (from inside the cabin). Cruising speeds sounds stay very civilized, which is what I was looking for. Apologize for going off track here
