Rare Group Sighting

There have been plenty of discussions/debates comparing many of the individual BMW blues, but not often you get to see them together, if ever. Here’s a rare gathering I was fortunate enough to be apart of.

Atlantis metallic is owned by the man himself, jeff.m3 aka HRE king, voodoo blue by @voodoom3nj(instagram), aka the new BBS king, Enzian/gentian blue by myself and finally @therivieram3(instagram) with his gorgeous Riviera blue m3.

Before you skip ahead, a planned meet of every individual and standard blue G8x is in the works for the tristate this month or potentially the next. Dm me if interested. This thread is to be continued, enjoy…..

Thanks for posting, Frankie! It was a pleasure getting together with everyone. I’m looking forward to the bigger Individual blue shoot!

Random fact, both the Enzian and Atlantis were on the same Week 7 production earlier this year and both came over to the US on the same boat.

Would love to see Mexico blue in the flesh! That would be a first for me. I don’t believe we have any in NY. That will most likely be the only individual blue missing for our planned shoot.

Agreed! I believe those were taken by Rich and Jeff. First few photos taken on an iPhone 15 pro max and the last few I believe a phone as well.

One favor, it would be great if you can add the colors under each photo from left to right - may help people compare the shades...

Awesome shots!

Need to see Santorini Blue, Violet Blue, Maritime Blue, Pure Blue in this set. These 4 belong with Voodoo, Enzian, Riviera and Mexico (now renamed Daytona Beach). There’s also Misano but that’s not quite rare.

To complete the Atlantis Blue family, Long Beach, Maldives too.

Of the set pictured, I prefer Enzian in the sun. Maybe Voodoo or Riviera in gloomy winter weather. Riviera if in a particularly gloomy geography.

I will take it as a level of expertise achieved that I could name the colors in the photo without labeling. I flip flopped between naming Voodoo as Voodoo or Santorini.
