Confused about rear spoiler

I have a G83 on order. I'd like the low profile rear spoiler that is flush with the deck lid (not the tall wing spoiler). A few questions...

- When I go to the BMWUSA.com build webpage, it does not show a spoiler on the back of car.

- When I look at the options list under "Extended Shadowline Trim Deletion", it says "This option removes the Extended Shadowline exterior trim elements including the black mirror caps, black rear spoiler, and black exhaust tips.

- I then also see on the BMWparts website a carbon fiber rear spoiler.

What is included on the car?

Standard is black lip spoiler. If you opt for the extended shadowline delete, then you'd get a body color lip spoiler.

If you opt for the carbon fiber exterior package, you'd get a carbon fiber lip spoiler.

The tall wing spoiler is the M performance spoiler. With any available configuration, you're not getting that. That's a port installed or after purchase option.

Edit: just saw you said G83. No idea if the lip spoiler comes on the G83. Sorry.

Thanks. Interesting that the spoiler isn't displayed on the bmwusa website build section.

Doesn't look like the spoiler is included on the G83. Could be because of the rear brake lights.

Don't go by the verbiage in the description. Looks like they just copied it from the G80/82 description.

If you try to apply the exterior carbon fiber package you'll notice the spoiler doesn't get added, but the rest of the parts do (ex. air inlets)

The difference in the shadowline trim deletion is body color parts vs blacked out.

Does anyone know if the OEM carbon fiber spoiler the same height/size of the OEM black spoiler?
