I ordered mine from Mike@x-ph on 2/16 and the item arrived on 2/26. Packaging label says G80 valve controller but still works on my 2026 G05 X5. Highly recommend!

all bmw controllers are the same, its only a matter of 1 valve vs 2 valves, other than that its the same controller across the models

My controller came in yesterday and I just installed it. Installation couldn't be easier - it literally took me longer to find my zip ties and back the car up onto the ramps than install the controllers!

Initial driving impression is that I gives a nice improvement in sound and volume when you get on it, but is very tame when you're driving normally. Exactly what I wanted. You hear the turbos spooling much more and get some nice burbles when you lift the throttle.

The reason why I needed the zip ties is because I figured out a way to install it so that it is essentially no lower than the factory plug was before. I just unsnapped the 11Mode female plug from the male plug and then snapped the 11mode "C" bracket to the factory female plug. The "C" bracket was where the blue zip tie is as shipped from 11Mode.

I have a 2025 X5 LCI and installed the BMW performance exhaust (it is a BMW product and was installed by the BMW dealership so I would not void my warranty) not to be confused with the M Sport exhaust which was about a 10 K upgrade. Bought this 11mode thinking that would make a really nice difference in the sound sound is already much better with the upgraded performance exhaust, but just wanted that little bit more, especially with the ability to have that snake like my Porsche does. It does change the tone a little bit, but on my particular model I only have one valve controller so the two that they sent me, one will not get used and is a throwaway. Would love to give them kudos, but I feel even for the low cost. It was not worth the money. When trying to contact 11mode they pretty much just said sorry but you only use one and that was about the extent of their empathy lol again not worth the money in my case.
Agree with the majority, it sounds like the kit is doing its job, and for someone who upgraded to a 10k M sport exhaust.... what are you complaining about? pricing of the kit that came with an extra part you no longer need? Giving them a 1 star for something that works with an extra part that cost the same for either kit....vs facing the facts...is Juvenile...imo..just my .02

Got my car out of hibernation yesterday and installed my 11 Mode. As others have said, simple five minute job. I have a CS with the titanium muffler and it has a slightly deeper tone that the stock M3/M4 muffler.

Took it out for a spring cruise and the 11 Mode works just fine. Certainly not too loud and no drone. Using the fob for now. Nice addition.

Hope it’s OK to cross post here. Not getting any replies over on the M2C side of things.
Pretty frustrating company (11Mode) to deal with.
Every reply seems bot generated and while they have been patient and polite with their replies, they tell me nothing I didn’t already read on their site and I’m basically stuck with no answer.

I programmed two of my homelink buttons on my rearview mirror. Don't have to use the 11mode remote anymore. Love it.

Love that m3 wagon above. Jealous that we can’t get it here .

Btw I’ve had them on my m3 and m2 since I started this thread with no issues yet. I like the zip tie idea posted above and might try something similar as we got our new m3 this week to replace the m2 and I took the 11 mode off. Luckily it’s the same so I can re use them.lol.

Meanwhile now he wants a mid pipe so that’s a whole new topic . I imagine the mid pipe with the VC would be pretty sweet. Any of you have both and any advice ? I don’t want crazy so I was thinking something like the irl single 4 resonated ?
