I’d be looking at other has options if you want a perfectly balanced drop or h&r super sports for the lowest drop before issues. AST for the absolute lowest drop, but potential noise or bounce issues.
Where have you heard 20mm voids warranty? The latest batch of cars coming out of port are set at 20mm. I don’t think we will have warranty issues if BMW set it up that way.

Thanks for clarifying. OP was asking about the BMW kit, so probably not a fair comparison. Seems like a large majority is very happy what the BMW kit.

Here is one link. It is a BMW kit, so dealer can get it, but it probably wouldn’t be the cheapest. I’m not sure you would get suspension warranty if not installed by BMW. Thats why a lot of people do port installed.

Are you saying BMW wont warranty the MP HAS at full 20mm drop? Then how are so many having their vehicle shipped from port with MP HAS at the full 20mm drop?

What springs did you go with?

Port installed HAS kit is fully warrantied regardless of the drop.

to drop the rear for free just remove the upper spring plastic perch and use the F80 / E90M3 metal one, it is 10mm shorter, should give you a free 20mm drop keeping the spring rate

for the front still searching for a thinner camber plate to lower without loosing shock travel

I don't see near the drawbacks so long as you get it "Port Installed" and not done by some random shop.

The factory warranty being wrapped up with the port installed part you have a lot less to worry about should something come up later.

so are you adding aftermarket or you got a port installed or dealer installed HAS kit?

Had MPHAS on my previous G81 M3 for two years, no complaints or issues. Installed by the dealer at six months old.

I added MP HAS to my individual M3 build at status 111. The dealer GM did have to contact BMW directly to get it done in my case. I think the builds are soft locked and not changeable freely in the system. YMMV
