Did you happen to weigh your original set vs this set? They’re like the same design, so I’m wondering why people choose that (unless they like complex and hard to clean wheels) vs something else unless there’s a considerable weight difference of ~5 lbs per corner to see a performance difference.

I did not weigh them. As stated these are for winter so I am not looking for a performance gain. And they look quite different from the factory 825M wheels.

You sure about that? I mean “stock wheels”, clearly they’re damn near identical to the 827.

They are probably a hell to clean, but I really like the design. The BSPK solution gives a OEM+ look, having lower offset, wider wheel, lower weight, in a fully forged wheel.

The benefit of ordering from BSPK is that you can customize it however you like. Original wheels are 19" front and 20" rear but you could have 20" front and back if you prefer. And if you normally have spacers, the custom offset means not need for which itself is some weight savings. Finally you can get a non factory color or color matched to whatever you want to go for a more machined brush. Custom means it's made to your preferences.

Really interested in these wheels in factory sizes for the G80. I saw that you said these are Hyper Silver. Are they satin or gloss? Do I need to specify somewhere on the site that I want the cutout for the M badge? Will the 19/20 option on your site fit factory tires?

That's right. Satin. I am just getting back on my feet after a nasty flu so sorry for misquoting that. I'm glad you're enjoying them!

I am almost caught up on email/PM replies but still have a handful to get out. Everyone should be caught up by tomorrow. Additionally, normal posts should resume tomorrow.

In the realm of two piece wheels pretty normal, not the lightest two piece setup either though. They're in the ~28 range for 20x11, so marginally heavier than the OEM wheels. Two piece is always going to be heavier than monoblock.
