I didn’t see a thread for build week 11 so I decided to create one. I finally got a production number after securing an allocation in December. BMW Genius confirmed build week.

Off topic, but I didn’t see extended shadowline trim as part of my options, but my CA said this is standard now. Just wanted to see if everyone else is seeing the same?

Great spec. It was a tough decision between kyalami and tartufo for me but ended going with kyalami orange. Did you get full merino leather or the partial? I think I should have added the shadow line headlights but it was too late to add them by time I decided I wanted them. I originally had advanced driver package but removed it since I didn’t think I would use that feature.

Looking forward to seeing pics when you get it. I know there is one other anglesey green in Ontario. I saw the YouTube video of the guy who has it.

I didn’t do full tartufo. I think there can be too much tartufo lol. I had an M340 with tartufo and it’s really classy.

I had 22 M3C (which I traded in for my 25) with kyalami orange and man it’s an awesome color. I was skeptical at first but it pops and looks great on the G80s. Trust me you’ll love it. Like you was a tough call between that and tartufo.

Shadow line I think look slick too but aren’t gonna take away from the overall look of the car. I went balls out on mine cause I plan on keeping it for a long time (and my wife will kill me if I buy another bimmer).

Your spec is awesome man, looking forward to seeing pics. I’m in Ontario btw. Keep me posted on your status.

I’ve been so back and forth between Tartufo and Kylami. I decided to go with Tartufo in hopes that it will age better over time since I plan to keep my car a long time. I really like Kylami too, but I’ve never seen it in person and all the pics I’ve seen make it stand out a little too much.

Yeah I didn’t want do full kyalami as I thought it would be a lot. That’s pretty funny I sold my 22 m340xi to go to the m3c xdrive.

Thanks I’ve made my mind now and stuck with kyalami. I don’t think we can’t change now anyways lol.

Yeah I plan on keeping this for a while as well since we have to pay so much here in Canada. I wanted to go all out but couldn’t justify some of the options lol.

Oh that’s cool you’re in Ontario as well. The other guy who has the same colour as me and YouTube channel is in Ontario and wants to meet up when I get mine.

It’s bold for sure. I had it on my tanzanite 22 M3C and it popped and looked way better in reality than pics. But man I went tartufo on my 25 and I know it’s gonna be incredible. I had a 22 M340 tanzanite with tartufo and it screams class and elegance.

I didn’t go buckets for few reasons. I didn’t want to pay the markup (we get hosed so bad compared to US) . And I want to be comfortable lol. I’m 6’2 215lbs in my mid 40s. It’s hard to admit but time does it thing. 10 years ago I’d do buckets. 10 years ago I’d do buckets. But again the markup from BMW Canada is insane for tartufo.

lol yeah his channel is great.

Yeah the bucket seats price for the US compared to Canada is ridiculous. I researched it a lot and saw people complaining about getting in and out and the wear on them are faster compared to the sport seats. I value my comfort. I am in my early 40’s and know exactly about time doing a thing to your body. Yeah I think 10 years ago I would do buckets as well. The markup for tartufo buckets are expensive as well compared to the US.

Hopefully we get our cars at the same time.

lol yup. But I guess you’re never too old to drive a nice car. My dad is 80 and still loves driving all types of cars. he just got a 2025 x1 to replace his 2021 version. I think he looking forward to driving the m3 when I get it lol.
