Max power on pump gas ?

How many hp can you get on the good pump gas (RON98/100)?

Assuming Stage 3: single turbo, DP, port injection. No ethanol, no WMI

This setup will require a custom tune. I recommend you check with a few tuners to see which turbo kit they recommend and how much they can get you safely.

To be honest, your question doesn’t entirely make sense. No one would run max power on a daily driver, it simply wouldn’t last. No tuner would even push 95% of max power for a daily setup, as it would strain the car with minimal gains for the extra stress.

Most tuners aim to get the most power out of your turbos while maintaining a healthy margin for safety and reliability. If you're focused purely on high numbers, you might go with the most aggressive tuner, but that will likely end up being the worst choice for you in the long run.

In the UK on Hybrid twin blowers on 99ron fuel, you're talking about 800bhp at the crank (700hp at the wheel).

So my mods are just flex fuel custom tune. I know it’s different than the mods you listed but I made 595 awhp. I’ve attached the dyno graph as well

Are you asking about pump gas power level as you plan to run both a race gas/Emix and a pump gas tune?

Because if you’re not planning a race gas/E-mix tune going to a single turbo setup is a waste of money. The stock turbos and stock exhaust can make more than enough power to be octane limited.

OK so no needs to update turbo(s) and add PI to get the max hp purely on the pump gas?

That’s right, the stock turbos, exhaust, hardware can support more power than 93 octane can provide.

You will be octane limited before you are hardware limited.
