Good run and expected outcome. Mod for mod will be the true test and win for the AWD.

If you look at my other videos I pulled on a jb4 down pipe and mid pipe upgraded m3 competition running e40 so with less mods my car was still faster

Something sus about jb4 cars. Seems like they're always slower than they should be a lot of the time.

Hey, nice setup! what map are you running?

I found throttle closures with JB4 so mainly I use map 1 and 2. Maybe I get those because of the catless downpipes, it may spool faster than the ECU expects or something.

Doing that on a public road, shame on you both.

That aside, I wish I had my own personal skidpad. LOL

Was that you smacking the rev limiter? lol. Hard to tell but it sounded like it.

Mod for Mod the comp would be gone. I love a 6spd but it's very hard to compete with transmissions these days.

Actually mod for mod and same fuel 6spd is still faster I did intake and jb4 with race fuel on both cars targeting 28psi map6 and still 6 spd is faster

6MT will lose from a dig mod for mod, no questions on that. It will lose quite badly in the 1/4 mile.

Roll racing is a different story, I'd be curious to see the 60-130s mod for mod on the xDrive vs 6MT. The amazing thing about the xDrive is it only weighs roughly 60lbs more or so. All of this is said with a very good driver, which is not common. Can't outshift the current ZFs

Also curious if the 60-130 is any faster with the xDrive in RWD mode.

Wow, hard to believe, but you've proven it so far with "roll racing". You probably got one of the fastest manual in the forum so far.

I was looking at these results: https://g80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1855856
And not many manuals at the top of the list (unless I'm reading it wrong).

Have you ran your 1/4mi. after your upgrade? Times?

I would be personally worried about the OEM clutch. I've heard some stories in this forum

I thought X-drive was +100 lbs (and ZF was +50lbs)

Ah yes. It's right around 100lbs I believe (in the 90s?) I've never seen the weight difference between the 6MT vs comp.
