I just submitted my order today for the new G82C XDrive and dealer said I should get an allocation pretty soon (within 30 days) since they don't have anyone else in front of me.
We'll see what happens when the new car arrives. I have to sell it for at least 10k over dealer offer to recoup the sales tax and even more to make a "profit".

I just sold my 2016 435i GC for 21% over the best-negotiated value I could get with BMW Seattle (31.6K vs 26K). This was with Shift.com and they were awesome straight through and through. Carvana and the others didn't come close. Shift also had a better understanding of what options were possible on the car (matching the original configurator) vs. others. So I'd say, try them.
My M4C xDrive just arrived at the dealership this morning according to the tracker (it was delayed from last week by the truck breaking down on the way).
