rear bumper strip to add to no line bumper

Do the Luxury chrome and the Modern matte aluminum also have tabs that attach to the rear bumper? Trying to add a strip to my no line base bumper. Ordered a chrome trim on Ebay which came with double sided moulding tape but did not attach very well and the sharp edges only scratched the bumper.
