Black Dakota Leather Cleaning
Just picked up my new 328i and I was surprised at how coarse/hard the Dakota leather is compared to my old SL500.
Is it ok to use Lexol conditioner on these seats or is there a better softener/conditioner?

I used to use Lexol, but now use Groits, awesome products. One of the BMW Performance sites out there sells it too.

Old thread but I've tried them all and Leatherique is bar far the best. I used to use lexol and it doesn't hold a candle to Leatherique... Wipe it on and let it sit as long as possible, preferably in hot weather with the windows up so it can be absorbed. They have a cleaner but I prefer to just use the oil.

Leatherique is some great stuff. Another product that is great is Polish Angel Charisma and Bellaclean. Polish Angel is made to order and ships directly from Germany but it only took my stuff 4 days to get here. Can't go wrong with either.
