Please help me figure out my options

I tried. I promise. I looked and read and read some more to no avail. Could someone please help me figure out what do i have in my car (Still waiting for delivery from dealer). Its a 2011 (lci) E90 320i.

As far as options, I have the full list, but I'll list what I think is audio-ent-nav related. Here is whats included:

S609A NAVIGATION SYSTEM PROFESSIONAL
S6FLA USB-/AUDIO INTERFACE
S6VCA CONTROL COMBOX
P7KCA NAVIGATION PROFESSIONAL
S249A MULTI-FUNCTION FOR STEERING WHEEL
P7RSA COMFORT PACKAGE (not sure if this makes any difference)

Thats all I could really find. Is this thing hifi? Logic7? Basic? What do you thing is it wired for?

My main goals are: 1.Being able to use my iPhone (as player as well as making calls-I don't mind adding a bluetooth module if needed) 2. Having decent to great sound would be nice.

So going under assumption I have hifi i see from the sticky its the easiest to upgrade.. correct?

Ok. good. Now...how would i know if my car is bluetooth wired? I would like to use BMW Assist for remote operation of the vehicle (ideally).

Nope. The car is built in assembled in germany for the Russian market. (less the vin) Here is a basic breakdown

676 = HiFi
677 or 678 = Top HiFi (Logic7/Harman Kardon)
752 = Individual Audio

If none of those SA codes are in your car then the OEM system is Stereo.

This has been discussed several times in this forum.

So Technic is correct. If you want to upgrade the audio, I might recommend that you have the dealer code it to HiFi as a condition of delivery.

You will then have to get the hardware to make a functional system

BTW, you do have the combox so you are good to go on the iPhone/bluetooth, although you may need to code the bluetooth to enable it as I did not see that above.

Ok good. So having combox I guess they install the bluetooth equip just don't code it ?

I suspect that's the case but technic is definitely the expert there. He can put you in touch with someone to do this...actually to do both (code HiFi AND Bluetooth).
