Moisture in Headlights
Today is the second day i have owned the car and it rained pretty crazy last night. I noticed both of my head lights were fogged up or had a lot of moisture from the inside.
has this happened to anybody else? i am concerned because usually this happnes when the seal or the headlight is not glued properly on the edges. also, i told my dealer not to put the front license plates on but he did and now its all f'ed up in the front (the holes are huge and noticable). any comments or suggestions will be helpful. |

Did you change your bulbs or anything? Check to see if your bulbs are properly seated. I would take it to the dealer since that should be covered under warranty.

I had the same problem... rained within an hour of picking up my car in Munich when i did an E.D.
Anyway, that's the only time my headlights ever fogged up. Supposedly this is common when new. While I was waiting for my car to cross the ocean, I did some searching and found that many others have had the same problem and it went away also. Dealers also weren't helpful as this was common.

Same happened to me. I think it´s normal when the car is brand new.
Don´t worry, be happy! Congrats on your new car! |

Check the covers behind the lights. Could simply be the covers weren't snapped on properly. If that isn't it then the headlights definitely need to be resealed.
