Which E92 looks sexier?

I will have $1200 to spend on "face lifting" the front end of my black e92 335i. I currently have the front aero lip already.

Should I get the Duke Dynamics CF hood painted black (-15lbs), or msport bumper + splitters + fog delete? Which of the following two cars look better/sexier? If I get the DD hood, I'll want to opt for the version without the vents.

I think aero lip looks a million times better on a black car then the mtech... I have that EXACT pic saved with the DD hood and I love it!! Minus those vents a and you are gold!

I will most likely be going the exact same route.

I think the Aero Lip + the DD vented hood looks much better than the msport bumper with splitters. I'd go for the vented hood if I were you, looks more aggressive . But its personal preference.

First time I've seen that hood installed and the vents painted body color. Looks incredible and I'm definitely going to have to purchase one now. Wow.

I know what you mean. I can't stop starring at the DD hood e92 pics, but then again I always wanted to do the msport + fog delete. When are you going to get the hood? Hopefully you can post up some pics soon.

Personally I like to keep my car OEM looking. I think that the DD hood without the vents provide a nice subtle update to the car (like the E90 LCI) that's not over the top, yet still looking classy. I was actually hoping that BMW would do the new hood lines in the LCI e92, but they did not.

Here's a crappy photoshop of what it looks like without the vents

thats a sexy hood... I like it with and without the vents, but if vented Id go for the Mtech setup with splitters molded which is more aggressive...if non vented then as Alex says..nice aero lip molded and respray and your golden.

Get the Msport bumper if you plan on getting the rest of the kit. If not, stick with the aero bumper and get the hood with a new rear end.

thanks all for the responses Seems like the majority really likes the DD hood.

One of the reasons I like this hood is because is goes perfectly inline with BMW's latest design cues.

Ok people, am I the only one who thinks that there's not much aesthetic difference between the Aero Lip vs. Msport + Splitters? Most people probably cannot tell the difference between pic1 and pic2 except for the hood.

You're paying big money just to widen the center opening by a few inches, and it's not that noticeable on a black car.

DD hood. And strangely enough, I usually don't like the vents, but in that photo, they look great! (but even without vents, go w/ the DD hood - I really like the aero lip on the 335)

Mtech bumper is what you need. After that your car would look perfect!

Thanks everyone for your comments.. so far the ratio is about 10:1 in favor of getting the hood.

Be sure to post up some pics!!! Really looking forward to it. IMO the non-vented version would look much better on your car since you have lots of aerodynamic parts.. the vents IMO takes away the aerodynamic feel.
