Smoked Roundels??? (the chrome edge)

Ok, so I did a search but couldent find anything. I am not sure if I have e even seen this before. But can you get roundels without the chrome around the outside? But matte black instead?

Thanks,
D

That actually sounds like it would have potential. Maybe someone could attempt a PS to give an idea .......

Now that I see it; it looks like the original BMW roundels from the early years ..... old school type.

If they were going to work then I would probably lean toward something of a glossy black rather than the matte finish. I don't know if this idea has been brought up before but, I think it has potential!

Just what he said above ........ look at any roundel and you'll notice they all have a chrome edge/backing. Delete the chrome for black.

So no one makes this??? Crazy. On a AW car with Matte Black trim, grills, wheels... why would you want the chrome around the rounndel!

Anyone want to make these? Also, where can you get the little clips for the roundels that hold them in?
