Help with Motorola V600 bluetooth pairing...

Hi

I've read quite a few posts about the pairing of Motorola V600 and BMW bluetooth and the fact that nobody is encountering any problems with it.
I, on the other hand, am experiencing some diffulty...

I cannot pair the phone using the Bluetooth Link/Setup/Find Me (with the Power ON). My BMW just doesn't find my bluetooth connection. I can pair the phone using the Bluetooth Link/Hands-free and make calls and even use the phone book successfully.

However, when I switch of my car and then on again, the phone doesn't automatically pair with the car (even if my Bluetooth is ON). Everytime I get into the car I have to pair it manually using the Hands-free profile.
How are you guys/girls pairing your Motorola V600 to you E90?
Is my Flex and Software Version outdated?
...Flex Version: SE6429AXXB90FD
...Software Version: TRIPLETS_G_0B.09.1FR_A (Original software version)

Any ideas?
