Well one of those reasons is just that people aren’t aware it exists or has been approved as a color. And the individualizer site is pretty terrible at actually showing the real life color so people tend to only want to risk it on colors they can easily find real life photos/videos of.

Agave is an example of a color that people just probably never really thought about until people started posting theirs on social media and here. Now we’ve had a handful show up at dealers with a bunch more in production.

I need to see it in the sunlight. Looks like BMW did another gold flake mix like Dravit and Toronto.
That will give the green a yellow tint in direct sun which will look horrible.

Unique individual color. There will be more demand in the future from buyers for these kind of limited edition color and it will take car price up little bit.
