Recommendation for dealers; NY/NJ/PA

Hello, the lease on my M340i is up in about 13 months. I understand that M3s still have some time before you get an allocation so I wanted to start reaching out to dealers. Anyone have any recommendations?

You could enlist the service of a broker on this site who has helped a number of forum members. Contact Day Laborer

If you don’t mind the drive. BMW of Alexandria in Virginia is very good. Talk to Erin. She I’ll get right

I had pretty good experience at Hudson Valley BMW. Bought 23 M340i and then 24 M3X. Got 4% off msrp on the M340i and 3% on the M3. Sebastian was my guy. Young kid but was solid through the whole time. Also, Ridgefield BMW solid dealer. Definitely probably one of the best for a allocation.

Park Ave in NJ, and speak to Sabrina—I got 2 M3’s there last year and they were delivered within 3 months at MSRP.

I've had good experiences with Faulkner BMW.

BMW of Manhattan is great if you need an allocation ASAP.

I had one of my worst car buying experiences ever at Faulkner. I'll never go back to one of their dealerships. The car I scheduled to test drive was taken home the previous night by one of the managers. So when I get in it to drive it, there is trash everywhere, coffee stains all over, etc. And to top it off, they parked it into a curb and scratched the entire front bumper.

On the flip side, I ended up getting my M3 from Sun Motor Cars BMW and it was the exact opposite.

How were you able to get 3% of MSRP? I hear dealers aren't even offering loyalty discount on the Ms.

When I ordered the car I got 2% off no problem on the M3X. I think it depends how bad they want to sell the car to be honest. If you go in and are pretty serious I think you’ll get something off. As my car was getting closer and was finalizing payment and pricing I was able to squeeze another 1%. From the consensus on the forum not many dealers offer M3 discounts. I think Hudson Valley BMW is a dealer that you have pretty good odds on getting something off MSRP. Maybe a little better percentage if there happens to be a car in the inventory. As mentioned prior, I’d talk to Sebastian if you’re in the area. He was a pleasure throughout and didn’t deal any BS. Good luck with getting you M car!

Its very difficult right now to get an allocation at least in Pittsburgh PA. There are 3 main dealers and NONE of them have allocations for the G80 M3's right now especially if you want X drive. I actually got a bit lucky about 2 months ago with a slot for a Manual transmission Base M3 which is what I wanted at A&L in Monroeville PA. I know they had M2's and M4's but no 3's at any of the dealers. You better get on it my man!
