Hi all,

Recently ordered carbon diffuser trim off Kies. Was just installed last week.

To my unfortunate surprise, I noticed two little pieces are now missing from the vehicle.

Has this happened to anybody, and recommendations to get this resolved?

This was one of the carbon parts we initially wanted to offer under the XPH brand.
However, during our quality testing, we found that it wasn’t secure enough. We couldn’t trust that it would hold up over time, so we ultimately decided to not offer the product.
It's one of the XPH carbon parts that didn't make the cut.

I wonder if its the same issue with the Kies product

Yea its a bit frustrating as it appears I’m also missing my OEM piece as well (the top component which holds the carbon trim).

Does Kies have an account here? Wondering if I can tag them for support.

Nah, I don’t think anybody would have bothered to. The car was parked at Supercar Saturday all day with tons of people around who would have spotted something.
