Hey everyone, excited to finally be able to share my delivery. Took about 5 months in total from deposit placed to getting the car. (although felt far, far longer)

I actually originally ordered Daytona Beach Blue as was looking for a lighter shade of blue, but started to get a little concerned over the “turquoise shift” in certain lighting that I saw on a G80 in person.

I still think Daytona is an awesome color but I wanted this car to remain blue in all lighting conditions. So after an obsessive amount of research, I was able to switch the color to Voodoo Blue even though I still hadn’t seen one in person. A couple weeks later I started to doubt myself, tried to switch back to Daytona, and was declined as the car was locked. Boy am I glad they wouldn’t let me switch back, because I am super happy with the outcome. Onto the build:

Keeping the car in the garage for now after a quick drive home as I’m scheduled for PPF/ceramic next week. Also will be installing grill and front lip that I’ve had in my possession for weeks. Ok enough rambling, here’s what you want to see:

Nice! And I completely agree with you on what you wrote about Daytona vs Voodoo ... for me Daytona is too light, too less blue ... somewhere in no-mans-land of Yas Marina ...

Great color combo! Enjoy. I also thought my car would be in the garage until its PPF/ceramic appointment but I’m weak and have snuck it out for backroad runs pretty much every afternoon. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Man the CSL tails look sooo good on the M4 . So bummed us M3 owners got boned on updated rear lights

How are you liking the full silverstone? I am not sure on the silverstone dash now with the new layout. But hate how the base silverstone has no door cards like Fiona does.

What made you go full and are you happy with that?

He’s super car obsessed (anything with wheels) and clearly as excited as I am about this one. M3 wise I was definitely surprised the LCI didn’t have them. I actually got lucky as I originally thought I was getting a 24 and my allocation came just as they switched to the 25s. I saw the M4 LCI video after my order was placed.

I’ve been a fan of the silverstone color wise back when I was considering an I4 M50. I saw a silverstone base interior and just felt like it was missing something. Full leather just ties it together for me. Haven’t had a ton of time in the car yet, but very happy with it.
