xDrive boot badge?

Hi - should my 2023 M4 Competition xDrive G83 convertible have a "xDrive" badge on the boot? Many thanks, CycleSi (complete newbie)

It depends on the model year. In 2022, none of the xDrive cars came with xDrive badges. BMW added them in 2023, but, I have never seen them on a UK car. I watch quite a few videos with M3s from the UK, and I've never seen a car with the badge. The good news is, you can order one.

Maybe "X-Drive" has a politically incorrect connotation in the UK?

UK G8x M cars don't have it and never have.

I have a new xDrive badge if anyone wants to buy it, never got around to fitting it, still in packaging.

Ha ha not sure about that - it does appear on the M440i/d (and of course other variants). Bizarre they felt it would cause concern to M car owners in the UK!
