Break-in Service

My 2023 X3MC is coming up for it's break-in service in another week and I'm curious what BMW does to the vehicle during this service.

I know they change the engine oil and filter, but what else do they do??

Do they flip a switch and open up the performance or raise redline or is this just nothing more than an oil change??
