Excited to have taken delivery of my 2024 G82 M4 Comp xDrive, finished in Individual Goodwood Green Pearl Effect over Tartufo leather. I came from a LCI F80 M3 in Silverstone over Silverstone, that was sadly gone too soon after a Jeep Wrangler ran a red light and totaled our car in February 2023.

Luckily, a few months after the accident, Hendrick BMW here in Charlotte, NC happened to have a G82 allocation come up - and it just so happened to be a spec-to-your-liking Individual slot. Went through with my CA and put the exact specification together in April 2023, placed a deposit, and just under 4 months later car landed at the dealer.

Car goes in next week for PPF, tint and ceramic - and then it's time to get the Upgrades moving!

Can't wait to also get this car out in various lighting scenarios to highlight just how dynamic this paint is. Car goes from looking almost spot on with BRG in the shade, to a bright, highly-metallic pearl in direct sunlight. Couldn't be happier with the outcome and looking forward to keepings this thread updated as we go

P.S. Am going to try and get fairly active on IG again (@brink.m4) for the first time in awhile. Took a break after the F80 accident but this new delivery has renewed my desire to break out the Camera and get some new photos again. Cheers!

A few additional photos taken the day after delivery - where it was cloudy, overcast and not a ray of sunshine in sight. Compared to the delivery photo above, this just goes to show the BRG-similarities and how the paint can darken up quite significantly, while still maintaining a bit of the pearl that comes from Goodwood.

Love this!! I was so close to going with GGP over BRG, but went BRG in the end. Would love to see how they look side by side. They sure look close. I've seen an 8 series in GGP and it just barely looks a bit more metallic / pearl, but very close to uni paint. That was of course in the showroom, so not the best or most dynamic lighting. Enjoy and cant wait to see with the mods.

I need to get better photos of this - but was able to quickly pull the car out this evening before sunset to get a quick iPhone shot to try and highlight the pearl. This is where it really comes out on how different GGP can be vs. BRG. In the shade - almost spot on. But when the sun hits directly it brings out an almost silver metallic flake underneath of the green, and brightens the panel meaningfully - can see this most prominently directly under the BMW badge in this photo.

Still need to get out for some proper sun-lit photos of the full car, so will see if I can find some time later this week.
