2022 M5 CS  [10.00]
2022 BMW iX  [10.00]
AutopNL numbers are the 3 cars as follows:

M3 CS:

0-100km/h: 3.21s
100-200km/h: 7.16s
0-200km/h: 10.37s
1/4 mile: 10.86s
1/2 mile: 17.22s

M5 CS:

0-100km/h: 2.98s
100-200km/h: 6.69s
0-200km/h: 9.67s
1/4 mile: 10.64s
1/2 mile: 16.87s

M4 CSL:

0-100km/hr: 3.66s
100-200km/h: 6.86s
0-200km/h: 10.52s
1/4 mil: 11.19s
1/2 mil: 17.51s

Impressive numbers, but someone said they expected the M3 CS to be faster than an M5 CS, and that will not be the case.

Question is only, will the M3 CS bring all the special intangibles from the M5 CS or will it only bring some.

The M3 CS, I have no doubt, is the better car than the M4 CSL.

Feel that. Ive never driven the CSL but this CS is such a great car. Ive driven ferraris, porsche, lambo, r8, other ///ms…its really really good. Only got 700 miles so cant wait to really unlock this thing. Also its crazy - im always hovering around 80-90mph on the highway and it feels like im going 60…yet the car wants to keep going faster 😂

Having owned and put serious miles on an M2 CS, M4 CSL and M5 CS, the M5 CS and M2 CS are very special cars. My M3 CS is due in October and I have very high expectations and am hopeful it’s a Junior M5 CS.

All of the M5 CS hype, the car is even better than that. If the M3 CS is 80% as good as an M5 CS, it’s a must have car.

The are hints in the AutoTopNL video that tell me we have a special car on our hands as well.

Its amazing - you will love it. I might have to try to snag an m5 cs. Got my depost down on the m4cs…complete the trifecta 😂

You need to drive an M5 CS. I passed on my original allocation out of depreciation fear but a friend sold me his. It’s just amazing.

Might be interesting to see how the numbers are after a few thousand miles

I would imagine if it’s a press car (which the number plate seems to indicate), it’s fully broken in. But we’ll wait for the full autopnl review, if it’s a personal car they usually say it.

Id imagine from other testing we will see some figures beat AutopNL 0-100 of 3.21s.

Also - in Europe the weather still isn’t very warm yet, unless you go further down south, so I don’t know how great the conditions were when this video was taken but it would’ve been 20 degrees C max.

Incredible the performance they can get out of a six cylinder.

I’m still waiting on a true M5CS versus Comp comparison but drag racing is not what these cars are about anyways.

My M550i compares well
Just don't ask it to drift or corner too hard.

I’m guessing the M3 CS feels closer to an M4 CSL than an M5 CS

Different platform, and if the G82 CSL doesn’t offer what you’re looking for, I don’t think the G80 CS will either

I’d love to be proven wrong though!
