Watched the unboxing and loving this series. Seems impossible and massively overwhelming which makes it such a good watch. Can't wait to see how they solve some of the challenges ahead.

Definitely. They’re off to a crazy start with this first video. They just started cutting the car all up. Made me cringe.

Yeah, then he was talking about selling it. Someone will probably be interested in it. But, as of now; it’s a $225k car, minus any mods before he started the kit.

Yeah considering this is likely the only street car remotely resembling the race car there will undoubtedly be someone interested. He has to be calculating making bank on the content to do this!

I am a big fan of the m4 gt3, big sad that gran turismo 7 decided not to have it in its lineup. Been looking for YT content of m4 gt3 for a while now, this is definitely crazy. However, correct me if I’m wrong, m4 gt3 unlike the gt4 car, does not use serial production m4’s body frame, it uses a special carbon frame. That would definitely make this project a challenge, but I would love to see the end result.

The kit looks nice, the material is top notch but the work is shady.
They drill holes without being careful, the cuts and holes are not treated. Whoever buys that car will be happy for two years. After that, rust will settle in.

Nice project but done in rush without long term considerations.

However, nevertheless nice.

I believe that the CS should have come with a such kit professionally done by the factory.

I think he wanted the aesthetics of the GT4, while being able to also drive it. But I agree, if it were track only, I would just get the real thing too

Smart man. I don’t know what the hell TH was thinking besides a multi episode build. But he needs a mil views per video, to even make $8k per video. So even 10, 1 million view videos, is only going to make $80kish.

He touched on this and the reason why he didn't just buy a GT3 is because he wanted it to be driven on the roads with full interior.

He was joking regarding his usual comments. Several of his previous expensive builds (Widebody Huracan and GT3 458) were painted British racing green and then sold. Most commenters joke that once he paints a car green, he sells it.
