In some videos I've watched, the rear seats can slide forward or back. Is this only for the European market? I tried looking at mines and it does not appear to have this feature (usa model).

Correct, the USA doesn't get this feature.

I was not aware theres is a difference between eu and usa but if its hybrid even in eu they are not sliding due to battery location

There's quite a few differences between the EU and USA versions.

there are too many differences... but the ones I really want are: (none available for US-spec)

(1) EU-spec LED headlight (no ugly amber reflectors)

(2) rear fog light

(3) beige headliner

(4) clear rear window glass(no privacy)

(5) M Sport package with bright silver trim around the windows and roof rails

(6) convex mirrors for both left and right exterior mirrors

(7) electrically deployed/retracted rear tow hitch(if ordering non M Sport package)

(8) real animal leather seats(not available in the US until March 2023)

(9) EU-spec horns(different brighter tones than US-spec horns), but can order from Europe for US$78

(10) rear sliding seats

(11) tire inflator kit instead of donut tire

Not to mention EU gets:

Amber rear turn signal indicators

No airbag warning stickers on sun visors

Multiple powertrain configurations

M Sport badges on fender

Smaller rear headrests
