How can I send BMW feedback?

I'd love for them to add a pause button on the screen in Spotify, and to add a way to consistently tell the car which music app to use, either Spotify via BMW or Spotify via Android Auto. Right now these two are competing and overriding each other, causing a song to stop midway, skip to another song and then send no audio through, causing me to manually switch to the other version of Spotify to get music back.

First World problems, but they're mighty annoying.

Did you try "Contact Us" under your profile on the My BMW app?
