THE ELEVATED BUILD

2021 G80 Comp RWD - Portimao Blue with Black buckets.

I bought the car back in June of 21 and have absolutely loved every minute of ownership. This was a canceled order that I jumped on the day it got in.

Very quickly I wanted to add some mods. Once I got started down the mod road I was addicted....and it hasn't stopped.

The car has 13k miles now as it is my daily. I also have taken it to a few track days here at The Circuit of the Americas. Dual duty monster.

Sick build man! I love bmw blues and this one is no exception! I was curious what bolts are those you used on the headrest of your carbon bucket seats? I love the contrast those gold bolts give off great attention to detail

Grille looks great on PB so I'm tempted to consider this on mine. Also love the steering wheel, engine cover and the other details.

So I just got a new 5 series and was talked into Alpine White (they had it on the lot with a $7k discount) vs. ordering a new Tanzanite Blue which is what I wanted. I'm having some buyers remorse....there are a ton of white cars on the road and they may be called different colors but they all look the same.

If you want a Blue color, get the Blue color with whatever interior you want. If you are looking for something that stands out and you don't like the Superman references....get the Portomao or Tanzanite or with the Kyalami.

Beautiful! For the door locks. Do you just unlock and then pull up with pliers? I only saw one install guide and it was in another language
