G42 M240i aftermarket aero kits ?

Is any company making aftermarket aero kits for this car? Saw this picture and i think the car would look great with something like this.Name: B0F03A2C-788B-4903-A193-A98836257DDC.jpeg

Wow that car looks beautiful. This G42 is going to be a future classic man… can't wait to see what gets released. I am not aware of any kits yet but that pic/rendering is a nice inspiration

Yeah! Aftermarket support has been kinda slow for this car for some reason.

I suspect most have been waiting to see what the M2 will look like before they throw too much money at designing aero kits. So perhaps this will change soon as the M2 is not too far away.

I was disappointed to hear Motech's reason for them getting rid of their M240i but basically he said because people can't get their cars and because of that they get no traffic for that model and need to move on.

Is it because the Mexico plant can't make them fast enough or is it because demand isn't there?? Does the Mexico plant make anything else besides the 2-series?

Mexico plant makes 2 and 3 series. I think the parts and chip shortage severely effected how many units were produced the last model year. Plus crazy Putin putting the kibosh on wiring harnesses lol, by starting that silly war thingy.

And of course, not many people are in the market for a small 2 door car during this ugly crossover phase of the auto industry. I'm sure sales will pick up if BMW could figure out all the shortages.

I think both indeed, the ongoing supply challenges, making it very difficult to fullfill the orders.

And the g42 is not a big seller, and was never intended to be. Like the post above says, not many people are waiting for a small 2 door coupe. It’s a car for the enthusiast.
Spoke to 5 dealers recently (Belgium) they all tell me they barely sell g42’s

It’s very difficult to get one in the uk. Dealers are quoting over 12 months, no build slots to jump on and even when people have build slots they just keep getting pulled before build. Seems to be strong demand, small coupe with the b58 is pretty irresistible

Not bad considering the wait times for many here.
