I have them since they were out
They look really nice and good quality
They dont add any sound
Maybe little performance but nothing crazy
Good for the price

They’re on my short list of upgrades once my car gets here.
From what I understand, these, high flow air filter replacements and taking out the charcoal filters will add some sound and a noticeable bump in performance.
Nothing crazy but noticeable.

Is your car stock, tuned, DP's?
Most of folks on the F90 forum claim better throttle response specially the ones with piggyback/ tunes / downpipes.

Yeah typically charge tubes will also help with 60-130 times with a tune and exhaust... Just better flow over all.

So if I’m not going to tune it would it be a waste to put tubes on?

Racechip and sec cat delete only. I haven't driven it much since getting installed so maybe there's a difference but I dunno 🤷*♂️

I read that for a bone stock car it should not be the first mod. In my case, I have JB4, dp, bmc drop-ins with charcoal mod. So I’m looking for an enhance throttle response. Already running 10.7 1/4 mile with full tank and DA2194. So for a vert is running pretty strong. If the inlets actually make the car more responsive for $500 bucs then is all worth it to me. This is why I’m asking here before purchasing them.
Thanks

I was planning on doing the high flow air filters, charcoal delete and exhaust res delete as soon as I get it.
That sound ok?

Might want to hold on the res delete. I would recommend the filters with charcoal mod and a JB4. See how that works out for you and then if you need more sound the res delete but I’ve read that there will be droning which I’m not a fan of.
i’m not doing it myself.

I don’t mind drone. Stock exhaust is way too quite for me.
Not ready to drop 9k on a full cat back system so I’ll see how the res delete goes.

Why JB4 over Racechip?

The topic have been debated here a lot but coming from someone that had them both, my take is the following:
Racechip is a simple plug and play that provides for a good increase in power.
JB4 is a more robust device that for map 1 is the same connection as Racechip but if you want to get more out of your car you will need to connect the extra 2 connectors but you will have direct support from the developer. JB4 also allows you to log your car parameters, delete codes, and have custom maps for different fuels octanes. Here are some dyno runs but since they were not done on the same day, they are kind of useless.

My dyno showed 573 hp 564 tq stock and with the Racechip on map 7 620 hp 657 tq. Best draggy was 10.98 1/4 mile

Jb4 map 1 on pump 93 provided 625hp 663 tq
Map 2 641hp 678 tq on pump 93 draggy 10.74 1/4 mile full tank on my vert
Map 3 659 hp 687 tq E40 blend, have not done more draggy runs yet.
Very hot down here in Miami.
Hope this helps.

Yeay, I’ve had a jb4 on the 435 and then the M4 and it seemed you couldn’t plug it in and get smooth power delivery through the range without a lot of fiddling.

On the 435s N55, the Dinan stage 1 module, the $2400 box, worked superb. I didn’t try the equivalent Dinan module on the M4 because it didn’t need it really and I had moved to M850. Didn’t try anything on the M850.
